Amen! One of my major “epiphanies” that set me on the road to being a great software engineer (whether I’ve *reached* that yet is debatable but at least I’m deliberately moving forward on the road!) is to realize I should consider the next poor sod who’s going to have to work on my code. Especially after realizing that it could be me a few months or years later!
